Arlene, a graduate of Aveda Institute, is passionate about learning and growing as a stylist. This made her a perfect fit for AKADA. Arlene’s commitment to education has made her not only an exceptional stylist but one of AKADA’s lead in-house educators with all cutting systems.
Arlene is a well rounded stylist with an emphasis on textured and curly hair, both cutting and color, which all curly girls know is a special talent. She keeps her work fresh and creative by taking classes with a wide range of educators such as Arrojo, Vidal Sassoon, Davines, Deva Curl, Kaizen, and Vivienne Mackinder.
Arlene strives to not only create signature looks for her clients but to educate them so they can recreate their look on a daily basis. Her consistency, calm demeanor and respect for time allows her to maintain excellent client relations.
